How do I place an Order?
Placing an order with Clickneeds.com is quick and simple. As you browse through the store, you can put the items that you want to purchase instantly in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the link 'Add To Shopping Cart'. Link to Shopping Cart is provided with every item that is displayed on the screen. If you haven't logged in yet, you will reach the login page. A new user can register here or members can login to their account directly. After creating an account, you can view your shopping cart through the 'My Account' section. To continue shopping, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button which takes you back to the Shopping Homepage. After you have finished shopping, you can click on the 'Shopping Cart' link. On viewing your shopping cart, you can update your shopping cart i.e. change the quantity of the items you are buying, remove or add an item from your shopping cart etc. After having chosen the items you wish to purchase, you can click on checkout. After Checkout, you can choose your payment options. Clickneeds.com offers you various payment options like Online Payments through the credit cards, net banking , Paymate , Itz card , cheque / draft facility etc. Subsequent to choosing your payment option , you are taken to a page wherein you can view your order details. In case of the order details being incomplete , you can make changes by clicking on " Go back and make changes" button. The order detail page also shows you the shipping and billing address specified by you. By default, the shipping address that you have mentioned in the Registration Form will be displayed here.If you want to provide a different shipping address you can choose the option here , you also have gifting option whereby u can send the products to your dear one's address with personal message if any. Order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This will be followed by shipment details e-mail.
How can I inquire about the status of my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account at Clickneeds.com and click on "My Order".
My order is shown to be in ‘Processing' state'. What does it mean?
Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Dispatched' state:
a) Processing: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.
c) Dispatched: Your order has been successfully dispatched from our end; or d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints
How long does it take for my order to reach? Every product page will carry the lead-time of delivery, which is an indication of the number of days it will take to deliver the particular product
What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address?
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
How can I change the details of My Order? You can make changes to your order till the time order is not shipped out. For this, you can contact our customer service on phone or via email. Once the order status is set as SENT, no changes can be made to the order
How can I cancel my order?
All cancellations will only be considered if the request is made before the order is shipped out. For canceling your order, please get in touch with our customer service on phone or via email.

How do I check the current status of my order?

What happens if I receive a broken or a defective item from you?
In such case, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number and wait for their instructions on how to get the item replaced. The complaint for a broken/defective item needs to be sent within 1-2 days of receipt of the merchandise.
What's the guarantee that I will receive my item after making the payment?
